Course: Boston Bioimage Analysis (BoBiAC)

The Image Analysis Collaboratory and the Core for Imaging Technology & Education at Harvard Medical School are organizing the Boston Bioimage Analysis course (BoBiAC), a six-day intensive program offering a hands-on introduction to image processing and analysis of fluorescence microscopy images with Python.

* Are you a highly motivated beginner in bioimage analysis from any life science field with the need to quantify your fluorescence microscopy images?
* Are you excited to start using Python in your bioimage analysis pipeline?
* Do you want to learn different approaches to performing segmentation (semantic and instance) and classification on your images to extract meaningful information?
